I had a 69 bus, bought very used. When I bought it, the tread on the tires was almost gone. I can't say exactly how many miles I put on it, but I drove from Atlanta to Denver, from Atlanta to Los Angeles, from Atlanta to Vancouver, Atlanta to New York, Atlanta to Calgary, and multiple trips and daily driving in between. Must have been at least 40,000 miles. I never had a flat. I never changed tires. I rarely put air in them. The day I sold it, the tires looked exactly the same as the day I bought it.
Anybody had a similar experience? I don't remember the size, but they were Kleber tires.
