CC with Rear Tire uneven wear Issues?

As I disclaimer, I am not a VW owner.
My ex-wife owns a CC and has complained about the two she has leased, wearing the rear tires unevenly.
Besides, she complains about having to bring the car in to the dealer, too many times, under warranty, because things here and there do not work well.
Are any other owners experiencing the same issues?
