Set the clock on an Alltrack
On the infotainment screen, press Menu button -> Setup -> Time and Date -> Time Source: GPS. It'll get the time from the worldwide GPS system.
OR, if you'd rather it not get automatic time from GPS, you can...
Press and hold the "0.0" trip computer button that's front and center beneath the instrument cluster. Press again when it says "Time". Press again to increment hours, then minutes.
How to set the clock on a Golf Alltrack
Alltrack is a lifted (1.4 inch) SportWagen with full time AWD - 4MOTION. With the same 1.8 liter 4-cylinder as the SportWagen, it's a fast, fun wagon available with a manual (!) or auto transmission.
