Disconnecting the battery does the following:

resets the clock
resets all fuel economy, drive time, and trip computer distances

When I re-attached the terminals and started her up after installing a Burger Tuning JB4 piggyback boost booster, there were two notices: tire inflation and stability control. These went away after moving a few feet in first gear.

The only thing I had to do was to set the clock.
