Cranks, No Start

Car cranks and will not start. Best guess is bad fuel pump. Looking for a used fuel pump for plastic fuel tank.

Here's what I tested so far ...

- Car battery 12v - PASSED
- Checked Fuses #15, 28, 32 - PASSED
- Noise from fuel pump when door is opened and/or key turned- FAILED
- Relay (409) clicking when key turned -PASSED
- Disconnect fuel line from engine fuel rail line, turned key, check for fuel flow - FAILED
- Checked connector to fuel pump and verified voltage (3-4 v and 11-12 v) going to pump - PASSED
- Checked fuel pump resistance and 1-3 ohms range resistance - FAILED
- Engine code - unknown

Replaced fuel pump .... VW on the road again. Found pick-a-part lot and checked at least 12 cars before finding two working fuel pumps ... $25 each.

Related Issue: Engine Cut off (when tank below 1/4) ... waiting to see if different fuel pump fixed the issue.
