No Dashboard Lights - fixed

Experienced no or intermittent dash/console lights for the last three years. Comes on only during the summer. All fuses checked and passed.
Finally replaced the dimmer switch ... and all lights are working!
Next issue popped up last month: Engine Code - P0240 'Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1'
