I feel really silly asking this but if I don’t have a spare tire in my 2019 Golf Alltrack S (automatic)….then I don’t have that nifty tool kit right? If not is that something available through my local dealership?? Thank you for any help
Scott, it’s not stored with the spare in the well. The kit is recessed in the trunk bay, on the left. Flip the lock plastic piece and remove the cover, then the kit is inside secured with a rubber holder belt.
Thank you for the reply. Yes you were right! So on my 19 Alltrack it is located on driver rear “trunk” compartment. Behind side carpeted panel. Two half turn fasteners and panel pops open. Very neat and tidy kit. Thank you for help. Hoping to score spare tire/wheel combo and compartment anchor. I don’t exactly live in town and travel a bit for airplane detailing so idea of not having spare is a little concerning. Love your posts. Keep up great work and love to share mpg numbers and adventures
