Upgrades from 2017 model
In an official blog post from Jan., 3 2018, Karen Radley Volkswagen, in Woodbridge, VA, listed the following new features on 2018 VW Alltracks:
…new LED taillights and daytime running lights that add a bright appearance to the model. Automatic headlights with a built-in rain sensor also help improve visibility while providing added convenience….. The model has received an upgraded MIB II infotainment system in SE and higher trims. The SE and SEL now have an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen. The SE also gains Forward Collision Warning with Automatic Emergency Braking….http://www.karenradleyvw.com/blog/2018-volkswagen-golf-alltrack-updates/
The 2018 VW Alltrack also came with the first-ever “People First Warranty” The new warranty offered bumper-to-bumper coverage, including powertrain and manufacturer defects, for 6-years or 72,000 miles, whichever came first. In contrast, the 2017 Alltrack offered just 3-years or 36,000 miles, so…quite the upgrade.
