Back in the day, people would convert their Beetles into Baja Bugs. A couple of years back, Volkswagen took that idea up and made a concept car of it. Now, an improved version of the concept will be available in March in both hardtop and convertible models.
The suspension is 10 millimeters higher than the normal Beetle giving the car a rugged feel. New front and rear fascias, a mild skidplate and stylish decals and design elements and a sporty look. That continues in the interior as well.
The Beetle Dune offers Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
